What You’ll Lead:

- Define the vision: draft project charters, scopes, and success metrics that secure stakeholder buy‑in from day one.
- Plan with precision: build hybrid (agile + waterfall) schedules, work‑breakdown structures, and resource maps that balance ambition with reality.
- Keep teams moving: facilitate stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retros, and status meetings; remove blockers before they slow velocity.
- Track and report: monitor budget, timeline, and quality via critical‑path and earned‑value analysis; deliver crystal‑clear dashboards and executive briefings.
- Control change: enforce scope‑management and risk‑mitigation processes, escalating issues only when escalation truly adds value.
- Manage vendors & dependencies: negotiate contracts, coordinate cross‑functional hand‑offs, and align external partners with internal standards.
- Drive continuous improvement: capture lessons learned, refine playbooks, and champion process optimizations that elevate team performance.
