As we scale, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to partner closely with leadership and drive cross-functional excellence. Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Efficiency Across Departments
Lead weekly syncs with the CEO to identify gaps, delegate tasks, and ensure alignment on operational priorities.
Implement internal procedures and best practices to standardize workflows across the company.
Collaborate with department heads to identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Establish reporting and monitoring systems to track task execution across the Overhead teams.
2. Lead OKR Execution and Organizational Alignment
Own the company-wide OKR process: maintain visibility, support onboarding, and facilitate quarterly planning.
Ensure alignment between departments and individuals on strategic priorities.
Build dashboards and visual trackers for OKR progress and host monthly OKR syncs for Overhead teams.
3. Manage Documentation Standards and Compliance
Develop and maintain internal policies, templates, and operational documentation.
Conduct team workshops on process adoption, tools, and standards.
Coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 implementation, documentation, vendor management, and audit preparation.
Support SOC 2 compliance initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments.
4. Improve Customer Success Visibility
Launch and manage NPS surveys to gather post-delivery client feedback.
Create and maintain dashboards for feedback collection and analysis.
Compile and share monthly customer satisfaction reports with the executive team.
5. Support Legal and Contractual Operations
Monitor the signing process for employment and contractor agreements; escalate delays as needed.
Liaise with legal advisors on MSA, SoW, Order Form templates, and non-standard clauses.
Ensure contractor compliance with IP, NDA, deliverables, and usage policies.
6. Ensure Operational Readiness for Events and Marketing
Oversee logistics for the company’s participation in external events (conferences, summits).
Coordinate the production and delivery of branded materials and merchandise.
Support marketing and SDR teams in operational readiness for outreach campaigns.
Host weekly marketing syncs to align on events, campaigns, and deliverables.
7. Lead the Company’s AI Transformation
Develop and manage the company’s AI maturity roadmap.
Support the creation and execution of AI-related sales and marketing initiatives.
Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows to increase efficiency and innovation across teams.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Operations, Chief of Staff, or a similar cross-functional leadership role.
Strong project management and process optimization skills.
Experience implementing OKRs, compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2), and documentation systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with dashboards, automation tools, and AI-driven systems is a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
