Job description

We are a dynamic software company seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to collaborate closely with our CEO and COO. This role is pivotal to ensuring smooth administrative operations across all departments, streamlining processes, and driving company-wide initiatives.


👉 Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO and COO to organize and optimize administrative workflows across all departments.

  • Set up and enhance operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

  • Maintain and manage company documentation, ensuring compliance and accessibility.

  • Lead the implementation of company-wide projects aimed at improving operations and onboarding processes for new managers.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and resolve operational challenges.

  • Continuously assess and improve internal processes for productivity and alignment with company goals.

  • Supported the strategic planning and execution of key business initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teams to foster a culture of operational excellence.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, with a track record of streamlining and optimizing processes.

  • Strong project management mindset, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with acute attention to detail.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.

  • Familiarity with software company operations and industry-specific challenges is a plus.

  • Proficiency in relevant tools such as project management software, CRM, or other organizational tools.
