Job description
About the Project
We are developing a web-based investment platform designed to comply with SEC regulations and enable automated financial transactions. The product is in an active development phase, with a strong focus on stability, compliance, and readiness for public launch.
Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end manual testing across the full product lifecycle, including development, validation, and release phases
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing
Take full ownership of the QA process, ensuring consistent product quality across all releases
Independently validate and approve releases, ensuring platform stability and readiness for deployment
Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution
Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve product quality
Continuously enhance QA processes, methodologies, and documentation standards
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Job requirements
2+ years of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer
Strong hands-on experience working across the full product lifecycle in Agile environments
Solid expertise in manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing
Good understanding of QA methodologies and test automation principles
Proven ability to take ownership of testing processes and make release decisions independently
Experience with test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
