👉 Job Requirements:
— 1+ years in the field of HR, at least 6 months in IT in a similar position;
— English — upper-intermediate or higher;
— Understanding the specifics of work, processes, teams, and positions in IT;
— Good Knowledge of: Gmail + Google Workspace, Google Drive, Slack, and Google Calendar;
— Understanding of basic HR metrics and their impact;
— Experience working with Tallenta and Notion will be a plus.
👉 Day-to-day tasks/ Responsibilities:
Important events celebration
— Prepare and post content celebrating different events (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.);
— Develop, order, and deliver merchandise and gifts for different occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.);
— Organize and conduct online/offline events related to different occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.).
2. Measure and boost eNPS
— Conduct monthly/quarterly eNPS surveys;
— Create and implement activities plan focused on achieving and maintaining the Top Employer status;
— Improve and maintain positive high performance atmosphere inside the company through regular updates on company performance and events.
3. Boost employer brand
— Keep company social media active (linkedin and instagram). Prepare content for employees to reshare;
— Create and implement plan for participation in Employer Brand boosting activities;
— Promote company through viral videos on tiktok, reels, shorts.
4. Grow and develop employees
— Assist in Competence matrix creation and maintenance;
— Create and implement plan for events and trainings to improve employees competences.
5. Culture growth
— Create a plan for recognizing and rewarding employees who have shown initiative or gone above and beyond (extra mile). As an option, add it to the monthly news digest. The nomination can be called “5 stars,” as our most important value (We work until it's 5 stars.);— Create a plan and organize “A Moment with the CEO” — regular appearances by Maksym on the Telegram channel;
— Create a plan and organize quarterly all-hands calls with management. Tell employees about the state of affairs in the company, plans, and achievements;
— Conducting workshops and meetings dedicated to corporate culture, ethics, and team interaction.
