The purpose of this role is to run any possible activities to retain people in the Company and increase their happiness level. The position entails running the Retention department effectively as well as sub-departments of Culture Development, Social Package, Talent Development, Environment, and People Partnership.

๐ Job Requirements:
Hard skills:
โ 2+ years in the field of HR, at least 1 year in IT in a similar position;
โ English โ intermediate or higher;
โ Knowledge and understanding of HR processes in outsourcing IT companies
โ Understanding the specifics of work, processes, teams, and positions in IT;
โ Good Knowledge of: Gmail + Google Workspace, Google Drive, Slack, and Google Calendar;
โ Experience in implementing HR initiatives with successful cases;
โ Understanding of basic HR metrics and their impact;
โ Experience working with Tallenta and Notion will be a plus.
Soft skills:
โ Business and goal achievement orientation;
โ Positive thinking and a high level of empathy;
โ Strong communication and feedback-giving/receiving skills;
โ Strong self-organization and time- and expectation-management skills;

๐ Day-to-day tasks/ Responsibilities:
โ Manage the HRM system;
โ Managing the system of rewards and benefits, by updating or improving it as necessary;
โ Assisting in creating and implementing motivation systems and conducting surveys (e.g., eNPS, 360 feedback)
โ Maintain training calendar, facilitate workshops, webinars, live tutorials, and coding sessions;
โ Event schedule management (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.);
โ Control of branded products and equipment, necessary for the provision of employees;
โ Organize corporate events, team-building activities, celebrations, and other initiatives to foster a positive atmosphere;
โ Maintaining a referral program;
โ Assistance in managing social media for the company's brand;
โ Proactive participation in the development of corporate culture and HR Brand.
